Zambezi - Solid Teak

Solid Strip Flooring
Zimbabwe teak strip flooring is tongue and grooved and ends matched. It is available in All Brown (heartwood only) and Savanna which is a mix of heartwood and sapwood. The planks come in a variety of widths being 76mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm and 140mm. The planks are 20mm thick and come in random widths between 450mm and 1500mm in length.
Description:
Solid boards are literally solid hardwood right through the plank. Solid hardwoods require a double moisture barrier of Wakol PU 280 in all installation situations. The solid timber also requires a specific adhesive such as Wakol MS 230 to glue down the floor, as the solid planks move substantially more than the engineered boards.
Mini Mosaic Flooring
Zimbabwe teak mini mosaic flooring comes in panels (paper backing) of 480mm x 480mm x 8mm thick. It is available in All Brown (heartwood only) and Savanna which is a mix of heartwood and sapwood. This product is ideal for commercial areas (restaurants) due its durability and as it is a cost-effective solution. It is also in keeping with the aesthetic for apartments, where an art décor feeling is required.

This product is very stable and is the recommended product for installation in bathrooms or any area where moisture is of concern. A moisture barrier like Wakol PU 280 would still be recommended for safety’s sake.Installation with Wakol MS 228 adhesive recommended on a full surface basis.
Herringbone Flooring
Zimbabwe teak herringbone flooring is tongue and grooved and ends matched. It is available in All Brown (heartwood only) and Savanna which is a mix of heartwood and sapwood. The plank dimension is 70mm x 20mm x 280mm in length. The planks are tongue and grooved, and ends matched.
